What are some good ideas to drive LOCAL traffic to your website. I know there are plenty of programs out there that will drive tons of hits to your site, but that does me no good. I could care less how many people in the world see my site… I need local people. I’m willing to pay a reasonable amount, but i’m not going to for instance pay housevalues.com 0 per month with a year contract for 10 leads per month. No chance!
I would agree with the 0 well spent if that were the case. However, any place that makes you sign a year contract tells me that most people don’t stay for a year. If i’m averaging 1/10 deal/lead ratio, I would never leave. This must not be the case. Anyone asking you to sign a marketing contract like that must not have much faith in their product.

In your metatags make sure to put your local town, counties and your company name, real estate. keywords: buying a home, new homes, real estate relocation and then keep submitting to google, yahoo, msn. Over time if there is not a huge population in your area, you should move up to the top page with no cost to you.
